You can start your power nutrition by expanding the amount of fiber you eat.  Fiber is at the center of all health conditions in your body.  As you add more fiber to your diet, you start to change level acid that you have in your body.  Most people have an acid body.  What this means is they have a pH level of the lymph liquid which is below 7.0. 

An acid body attracts pathogen and favors cancer and all kinds of diseases.  Both pathogen and cancer cannot live in a body that is alkaline.  Eating more fiber than you do now will help you to covert that acid in your body to alkaline.

More about fiber

It was first thought that foods rich in fiber had no significant in human health. But the important of dietary fiber was discovered not by doctors but by veterinarians. It was discovered that plants or foods rich in fiber had cell membrane structures that were not digestible. It is the fibers in plant walls that help plants keep the structure and strength.

Dietary fiber consists of carbohydrates where their polysaccharides were arranged in different fashions.
